By making a donation to Maulana Anwaar Foundation (MAF), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy. These terms ensure transparency, accountability, and proper utilization of funds for charitable purposes.

  1. Use of Donations
  • All donations received by MAF are utilized strictly for charitable, educational, medical, and community welfare activities.
  • Funds may be allocated to various programs including:
    • Education support
    • Medical assistance
    • Widow & elderly support
    • Emergency relief
  • Allocation of funds is done based on priority, need, and verification of cases.
  1. Voluntary Contribution
  • Donations are made voluntarily and without any coercion.
  • Donors agree that contributions are made with the intention of charitable support and not for any personal benefit.
  1. Transparency & Accountability
  • MAF maintains proper records of all donations.
  • Periodic financial reports may be shared to ensure transparency.
  • Funds are managed responsibly and may be audited by qualified professionals.
  1. Donor Responsibility
  • Donors must ensure that the information provided during donation (name, contact details, payment details) is accurate.
  • MAF shall not be responsible for any errors arising from incorrect information provided by the donor.

Refund Policy

  1. No Refund Policy (General Rule)
  • Donations made to MAF are non-refundable, as they are immediately allocated or reserved for charitable purposes.
  • Once a donation is successfully processed, it cannot be reversed or refunded.
  1. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only in the following rare situations:

  • Duplicate transaction
  • Technical error resulting in multiple deductions
  • Incorrect amount charged due to system error

👉 In such cases:

  • The donor must notify MAF within 7 days of the transaction
  • Proof of transaction must be provided
  1. Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days
  • Refund will be made through the original payment method
